Structural and Fatigue Evaluation of Expander Disk and Blade Design
The project aimed to assess and optimize the expander disk design to meet structural strength and fatigue design criteria. The scope included evaluation of primary disk strength, burst limits, and blade fatigue behavior. An integrity assessment of the updated design was carried out to validate compliance with performance requirements.
